Marika earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and later completed her MBA in Information Systems at the University of Redlands.
Early in her career, she worked with brands like Marriott before moving on to Bet Tzedek, where she supported the organization for more than nine years.
She then went on to build MMM Accounting, where she has supported businesses directly for the last 24 years.
