I help organize and manage your financial records so you can clearly see what is coming in, what is going out, and where your money is being spent. Depending on your needs, that can include bookkeeping, accounting support, account organization, monthly reporting, workflow cleanup, consulting, and helping you build a better financial process going forward.
Yes. One of the biggest goals of my work is to turn disorganized records into useful financial information. Once your accounts are organized properly, it becomes much easier to understand spending, track income, and make decisions with more confidence.
Yes. If month-end feels rushed, confusing, or inconsistent, I can help create a process that makes your accounting more manageable. The goal is to reduce the scramble and give you a clearer, more dependable view of your numbers each month.
That can usually be fixed. Sloppy accounting tends to create bigger problems later, so the sooner it is cleaned up, the better. I can review the current situation, help organize what is missing, and create a clearer system moving forward.
Yes. If your records are behind, incomplete, or need cleanup, I can review what has been done, identify the gaps, and help bring everything into better order. Catching things up properly creates a stronger foundation for ongoing accounting and better reporting.
That is not a problem. If you have been tracking everything manually, I can help build a better process that fits your business. The goal is to move you from scattered or time-consuming methods into a system that is more organized, efficient, and easier to maintain.
That is exactly where support can make a big difference. I can evaluate what you are doing now, identify what is missing, and put a process in place that gives you better visibility, better records, and a smoother workflow moving forward.
If you want to stay focused on your business and not the day-to-day accounting details, I can take that off your plate. I handle the financial organization, reporting, and ongoing oversight while also helping you plan ahead, so you stay informed without having to manage every moving part yourself.
Yes. In addition to managing records and reporting, I also provide accounting consulting for clients who want clearer guidance, stronger financial processes, and help making better business decisions. This can include reviewing your workflow, identifying inefficiencies, and helping you understand what your numbers are telling you.
Yes. Bookkeeping is only one part of the picture. If you need someone who can look at the bigger financial picture, help you improve your process, and provide guidance beyond basic data entry, I can support that as well.
Yes. I work with owners of investment properties who want cleaner records, better visibility, and less hassle managing the financial side of their properties. This can be especially helpful for people collecting rental income who do not want the accounting side to become another full-time job.
No. Many of my business clients also ask me to help with their personal finances. I also work with people who simply need personal financial support, organization, and clearer visibility into their income and expenses.
Yes. In addition to business accounting support, I also help clients organize and manage personal finances. This can include tracking income and expenses, improving financial visibility, and helping create a clearer process for staying organized.
Yes. Many clients are talented at what they do but do not want to spend their time decoding financial reports or sorting through transactions. My role is to make the numbers easier to understand so you feel more in control of your business or personal finances.
Yes. Good accounting is not just about recording the past. It also helps you plan ahead. I help clients stay more organized throughout the year so tax decisions are not pushed off until the last minute and there is more opportunity to think strategically before deadlines arrive.
I can work with and evaluate a range of tools depending on your current setup and needs, including QuickBooks, Quicken, TurboTax, and more. If your current system is working, I can help improve how it is used. If it is not the right fit, I can recommend a better solution and help build a stronger process around it.
Yes. If you already have a system, I can review it and improve the workflow. If you do not have a solid process yet, I can help you choose a better solution, get it organized properly, and build a setup that gives you more visibility and fewer headaches.
That depends on how much support you need. Bookkeeping focuses on recording and organizing transactions, while accounting looks more deeply at the financial picture and helps turn the numbers into something useful for decision-making. Many clients benefit from both.
Most of my work is done remotely, which makes the process more efficient for many clients. If needed, on-site meetings can be discussed depending on the scope of work and location, but remote support is the standard for most ongoing accounting needs.
For ongoing services, pricing may also depend on the volume and complexity of the work. After reviewing your needs, I recommend a plan with a setup fee, monthly support fee or an hourly structure that makes sense for your situation. When things arise that is outside the scope of our agreement or an urgent situation arises for some reason outside of our control that requires work outside of regular business hours, I may charge an hourly fee that starts at $100/hour.
Yes. I can work alongside your CPA and help make sure your records are organized and presented clearly. Clean financials make it easier for everyone involved and help reduce unnecessary back-and-forth during tax season or other reporting needs.
Yes. I have experience working with auditors and understanding how financial information needs to be presented. Organized records and clear reporting can make that process much smoother and reduce unnecessary stress.
That depends on the type of support you need, but the goal is always the same: to give you clear, usable financial information. Reporting should help you understand where your money is going, how your business or property is performing, and what needs attention moving forward.
The first step is a conversation about your needs, business type, and current process. From there, I review the scope of work, assess your existing records or software, and recommend the best next step based on the level of support you need.
